“Will you #BeBoldForChange on International Women’s Day 2017 and beyond by taking groundbreaking action that truly drives the greatest change for women?”

Last year the theme for IWD was the #PledgeForParity campaign which demanded that we as a society commit to helping destroy conscious and unconscious gender inequality; to invest in young women from all socio-economic walks of life to achieve their dreams and ambitions. It sought to highlight the importance of gender equality in government and to urgently improve the devastating disparity between men and women in health, education and employment.

Government, charities, academic institutions, women’s organizations and support groups rallied to pledge support in order to ensure an inclusive world for all.

The support shown for IWD 2016 was a breathtaking unified voice for gender equality but it was not enough. The World Economic Forum has predicted that the gender gap won’t close entirely until 2186.

This is unacceptable.

Equality is an intrinsic right of humanity –

it is not determined by race, religion, ability or gender.

We as a Society must rally and #BeBoldForChange this IWD 2017 and beyond!

For over thirty years we have been working with clients to achieve fairness for all in all aspects of employment.

We believe that:   Equality is the Soul of Liberty; there is, in fact, no Liberty without it! Frances Wright.
